NEW ITFA MEMBERS



ITFA is pleased to welcome three new members to its growing Association:

The Africa Merchant Capital group is a privately owned Boutique merchant bank, providing corporate finance, advisory, trade finance and asset finance solutions for mid market businesses active in sub-Saharan Africa. AMC Trade Finance provides bespoke structured trade finance solutions, supporting African trade through  flexible, secured, pre- and post-shipment trade finance loans.

Cobus Visagie will be the main contact person for all ITFA related matters.

CDH Investment Bank is involved in investment banking business in Malawi and was duly registered by the Reserve Bank of Malawi under the Financial Services Act. The Bank also transacts in international trade and has working relationships with Crown Agents Bank, Afrexim and First Rand Bank Ltd.

James Chikoti will be the main contact person for all ITFA related matters.
